Please carefully read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms or Agreement"). Users should carefully read this Agreement before using the application and related services. If they do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they may stop using the application and related services. Once used, it indicates that they have agreed and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between the application and the user regarding the "WiFi Speed Measurement Expert" software service. 'User' refers to any organization or individual who uses this service. This agreement may be updated by the application at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on this software. After modifying the terms of the agreement in the application, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the application. Continuing to use the services provided by the application will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.
1.1 End User License Agreement - License
According to the terms of this Agreement, the "Application" grants you a non transferable, non exclusive license to (a) use it for your personal use, and (b) copy the download website authorization of each application owned or controlled by you for your use on mobile devices for the purpose of downloading, installing, and executing (the "License").
1.2 End User License Agreement - Certain Restrictions
The rights granted to you under this agreement are subject to the following limitations: (a) You may not license, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit any application; (b) Unless the above restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify, apply, modify, merge, create any derivative works of any part, disassemble, decompile, decompile or reverse engineer; (c) You are not allowed to access any application to build similar or competitive services or applications; (d) Unless expressly stated herein, no part of any application may be copied, duplicated, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, published or disseminated in any form or by any means, or (e) you may not remove or destroy any application copyright statement or any proprietary mark contained in any other application. Unless otherwise specified in the terms related to such additions, any future application releases, updates, or other feature additions (including in app purchases, additional levels, and game enhancements) shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. All copyright and other proprietary notices of any APP content must be retained on any copy.
The "user content" referred to in this article refers to the content generated by the user during the use of this service
User content must not contain or be suspected of containing the following information:
(1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Infringement of the legitimate copyright of others;
(10) Content prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations.
If the user violates this agreement, the application may terminate the service of the user's account through methods including but not limited to account suspension, account cancellation, etc.
